1. Patients’ requests are processed in Famax analytic department at first and forwarded to relevant doctors to develop treatment plans and define a cost.
2. After obtaining the treatment and financial plans our coordinator calls the patient and provides him with the information.
3. From the moment when patient comes to treatment, coordinator, who speaks the patient’s language, stays in touch with him and helps during treatment, managing the whole process.
4. When patient discharges and goes back to his country, coordinator provides patient-coordinator-doctor connection remotely.
